Direct Message Injection is an alternative delivery method for Phishing and Ransomware simulation emails.

Instead of following the traditional path of an email via the SMTP protocol, with DMI the message is inserted directly into the inbox of the recipient users.

This is made possible by a secure API link between SMARTFENSE and the email service provider.

Newsletters are emails with attractive and brief content that are advised to be sent to users on a regular basis, with the objective of raising awareness of best practices, emerging threats, policies and procedures. When it comes to content, everything is customizable (as in the rest of the platform). Every word, image, activity, etc. of the predefined contents can be edited 100% without any kind of restriction.

In addition, it is possible to create new content from scratch with editors integrated in the same platform. These editors are very easy to use and offer a user-friendly experience for administrative users.
