A single report that measures the seven key indicators of your program against the global average and your sector’s average. Each indicator shows your position (“you outperform X% of organizations”), the qualitative band, the guidance and a suggested action.
Questions it answers
Measuring your program from the inside tells half the story. The Benchmark closes the other half: where you stand against the rest.
Each indicator is contrasted with the aggregate average of the rest of organizations. You know at a glance where you’re better and where you’re worse.
The comparison is recalculated against your sector’s specific average (financial, health, industry, insurance, retail, public administration and more). This is usually the relevant benchmark.
Each indicator includes a qualitative band, guidance on where to move it and a suggested action with a link to the report to dig deeper.
The 7 indicators
Each indicator is shown with your own value, the comparison average, your position (“you outperform X%”), the qualitative band, the guidance and a recommendation.
What percentage of users fall in simulations. The most visible indicator of human risk.
What percentage reports the suspicious email. Measures your people’s active reaction to the attack.
How many reports are generated per fall. The higher, the more active your people’s reaction to the attack.
What percentage of assigned content is completed. Indicates whether the program completes or stays halfway.
Aggregate risk score per user, from 0 to 100 (lower is better). The executive read of the program’s state in a single value.
What percentage falls again after having fallen. Points to where targeted intervention is urgent.
What percentage of the workforce is effectively covered by the program. The base on which everything else is calculated.
Own value, average, relative position, band, guidance and suggested action. All in a single view.
Two comparisons, one decision
A general average is not enough. Comparing a bank against a school says little. The report separates the two dimensions.
Global view
The broadest base. Useful to see where you are in the whole and detect structural improvement opportunities.
Sector view
Financial, health, industry, insurance, retail, public administration and more. The relevant comparison to talk to your committee and against your real peers.
Always anonymous and aggregated. You never see (or expose) an individual organization’s data, and each average requires a minimum of organizations to be calculated.
And the only benchmark on the market with no false-positive noise. Data arrives clean from SMARTFENSE’s false-positive detection engine, so the comparison reflects real behavior and not clicks from security scanners.
