USUARIA is the Argentinean Association of Computer and Communications Users, an NGO founded in 1982 by a group of enthusiastic ICT professionals and companies, with the aim of defending the interests of users who were beginning to make more massive use of computers and communications. Today, with a track record of more than 35 years, USUARIA has become the natural environment where ICT professionals and executives, members of the Academy through Universities and Government representatives at all levels, bring their concerns and generate different areas of work, always aiming at the common good and the improvement of the conditions in which they operate.
