SMARTFENSE allows for extensive customization<\/strong>, as it is possible to tailor even the smallest detail to your organization\u2019s needs. In a previous workshop entitled Customizations for the end-user view<\/em><\/a>, we explained how to adjust key elements such as the name of the organization, the logo, the corporate colors according to the brand manual, and even the sender of the simulations.<\/p>\n

In this workshop we also addressed the customization of all notifications<\/strong> sent by the platform. This includes from the welcome email for new users, campaign assignment notifications, reminders of pending activities, to emails for resetting passwords and lists of campaigns that have not yet been completed.<\/p>\n

Another highlight is the ability to customize the certificates<\/strong> that users receive upon completion of interactive modules and exams. In addition, we present a series of additional options that allow you to completely transform the appearance and functionality of the platform, aligning it with the visual and communicational identity of your organization.<\/p>\n
